The striker's 500-goals tally includes 150 for PSG alone.

The LA Galaxy #9 striker has now joined an exclusive club of scoring 500 goals for club and country alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. The milestone came through a roundhouse kick helping him slot the ball past Toronto FC goalkeeper Alex Bono in Major League Soccer earlier on 16th September.

Messi and Ronaldo are the only active players who boast more goals than the 6'5" striker. The former Swedish captain has netted 438 goals across 747 appearances in hs club career with Malmö FF, Ajax, Juventus, FC Internazionale, FC Barcelona, AC Milan, Paris-Saint Germain, Manchester United and the LA Galaxy, adding 62 goals in 114 senior appearances for Sweden.

During his glittering career, Ibrahimovic has also won 33 trophies, though adding to that tally with the Galaxy this season could prove tough as the club currently sits eighth in the Western Conference and out of the MLS playoff places.

Though his illustrious career lacked the most coveted trophies like the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup and the EURO Cup.

This exceptional goal took Ibrahimovic's tally to 17 for the season out of 18 games, 11 adrift of MLS leader Josef Martinez.

Ibrahimovic was PSG's top goalscorer with 156 goals before Edinson Cavani broke his record in January.
