The Indian contingent has 101 representatives for the quadrennial meet.

Commonwealth Games 2022 is just around the corner and the Indian contingent is all set to compete on the big stage. This will be India's 18th appearance in the Commonwealth Games. The Indian camp is made up of 101 individual athletes and three teams - the women's cricket team, and the hockey men's and women's teams. The tournament will be held from July 28 to August 8 in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

The state of Haryana has the most number of athletes (31) representing the country in Birmingham, followed by neighbours Punjab with 18 athletes. The southern state of Kerala is third with 12 athletes.
