Tanisha Crasto
Tanisha Crasto, 21, is set to debut at Paris Olympics 2024 with her veteran partner, Ashwini Ponnappa, who is 15 years her senior. She is part of the reigning Asian champion women’s team. The World No. #20 pair has been landed a tough draw, facing a previous Games bronze medalist pair and a former All England champion, alongside a relatively easier Australian pair.
Nami Matsuyama/Chiharu Shida
The former All England champion pair, Nami Matsuyama and Chiharu Shida, are set to earn their Olympian titles. The Japanese pair has been drawn against the previous Games bronze medalist Korean pair, alongside Indian and Australian pairs.
Supanida Katethong
The reigning South Asian Games champion is marking her debut at the Paris Olympics. The 26-year-old is drawn against two-time World Champion Akane Yamaguchi in the pre-quarterfinals, provided both top their groups.
Liu Sheng Shu/Tan Ning
The Asian medalist young pair of Liu Sheng Shu and Tan Ning are all set to mark their Olympic debut. They have landed an easy grouping for the group-stage matches and look forward to grabbing a medal for Team China as well.

The Commonwealth champion pair are all set to mark their debut at Paris Olympics 2024. They have landed a tough draw against the reigning Olympic champion and silver medalists from the previous games in the same group, alongside a two-time world champion pair.
HS Prannoy
India’s No. #1, HS Prannoy, earns his Olympian status at Paris 2024. He remains one of India’s top hopes to win a medal and become the first Indian male from the fraternity to do so. Last year, he won an Asiad bronze medal after 41 years of drought in men’s singles.
Kunlavut Vitidsarn
The reigning World Champion is a debutant at the Paris Olympics. Kunlavut Vitidsarn enters the Games as Thailand’s best hope for an elusive medal in badminton. The former Junior World Champion is expected to reach an exciting quarter-final match against current World No. #1 Shi Yu Qi.
