Defending BMX freestyle Olympic champion Charlotte Worthington will be in action.

The Paris Olympics 2024 are now in full swing as day 4 kicks off in the French capital. Team Great Britain, with 327 athletes, is aiming high after winning 64 medals at the last Olympics in Tokyo. It currently stands seventh in the medal tally with 10 medals.

Today’s events will see both experienced winners and new talents competing for Britain. Fans can expect thrilling performances in a range of sports, from daring BMX tricks to fast swimming races at Paris Olympics 2024.

Matthew Coward-Holley- Trap Shooting

One of Britain’s greatest trap shooters, Matthew Coward-Holley will be competing in the trap event under shooting. The 29-year-old struggled in the beginning of qualification and will look to pick up his pace on day four. Holley had won the bronze in men’s trap at Tokyo Olympics.

Charlotte Worthington – BMX Freestyle

Defending Olympic champion Charlotte Worthington takes center stage in the BMX park event on day 4. The 28-year-old from Manchester shocked the world in Tokyo with her gold medal-winning performance, which included a never-before-seen 360-degree backflip. Worthington faces tough competition but enters the competition as the favorite.

Dan Evans/ Andy Murray- Tennis

Andy Murray is playing his final event as a professional tennis player. The decorated Brit has teamed up with Dan Evans as the pair saved multiple match points in the opening round against Japan. They will next face Jorgan Viligen and Sander Gille of Belgium. The Murray magic could again survive the red dirts at Paris Olympics 2024.

Lucy Charlotte Hall- Trap Shooting

The 20-year-old comes from a long line of shooters. Her father and grandfather represented England in the sport. She is making her summer games debut at Paris Olympics 2024. Lucy Charlotte Hall has already won medals at the World Cups and World Championships.

Alex Yee – Triathlon

Triathlete Alex Yee will be looking to build on his success from Tokyo where he won silver in the individual event and gold in the mixed relay. The 26-year-old will look to win the gold for his nation this time at Paris Olymics 2024. River Seine’s quality will be thorughly tested before the triathlon event which will see 56 athletes taking part.
