India at Paris Olympics 2024: Shooting schedule, squad, live streaming details

India will be looking to end their 12-year long draught in shooting at the Paris Games.
Shooting has been a sport which has historically brought tremendous success to India. In the 2004 Athens Olympics, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore won silver in men’s double trap marking a significant achievement for Indian shooting.
At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Abhinav Bindra became the first Indian to win an individual gold medal in the men’s 10m air rifle. The momentum continued at the 2012 London Olympics, where Vijay Kumar won silver in the men’s 25m rapid fire pistol, and Gagan Narang secured bronze in the men’s 10m air rifle.
Unfortunately, since the 2012 Olympics, the Indian shooting squad has returned empty-handed and will look to end this draught at the 2024 Olympic Games. The country will be sending the second largest Asian shooting contingent to Paris Olympics 2024, a massive 21-member team which will be spearheaded by Manu Bhaker, a gold medalist in the Youth Olympic Games.
