Where and when will Paris Paralympics 2024 take place?

The Paris Paralympics will take place around the city of Paris. There will be 22 sporting disciplines which will be held in 18 different venues. Over 4,400 athletes will take part in 549 events over a period of 11 days at Paris.

The opening ceremony will be held on August 28 at Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysees. The tradition of hosting the opening ceremony in a stadium will not be followed at the 17th edition of the Paralympics. The closing ceremony will be on September 8.
