Shortly after her TNA debut on AMC, Elayna Black appeared to confirm a romantic relationship with fellow TNA star KC Navarro by sharing a series of backstage photos on her X (Twitter) handle recently.
In the images shared by the former NXT star, the pair are seen kissing and hugging, accompanied by the caption: “Blessed ❤️.”
Navarro is currently signed with TNA Wrestling, where he was formerly part of the group First Class. He has also wrestled for Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), Major League Wrestling (MLW), and had a short stint in All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
Black’s personal life has frequently attracted media attention. During her time in WWE NXT, she was rumored to have been involved with Bron Breakker and later Harlem Lewis.
Their breakup last year drew significant attention, particularly after Lewis quickly began dating fellow NXT talent Thea Hail, sparking considerable backstage drama.

During her return on the January 15 episode of TNA Impact, Black confronted the current TNA Knockouts Champion Léi Yǐng Lee following the latter’s successful defense against NXT’s Zaria at the recent Genesis Pay-Per-View.
Since signing with the promotion, Black has quickly been inserted into the main event title picture, and this new revelation is surely going to get more fans talking.
Black was part of the major layoffs ahead of the May 2025 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The exit ended her four-year tenure with the company.
