TNA Impact sets the stage for Bound for Glory PPV.
Thursday Night’s TNA Impact returns this week with a stacked Bound for Glory 2026 go-home show, as the company makes its final preparations for its biggest event of the year.
The October 8 episode will feature two championship matches, a major eight-man tag team bout, and a clash between two competitors heading into the X-Division Championship match at Bound for Glory.
The episode will also be particularly important for The Hardys, who will challenge Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
Meanwhile, M by Elegance will defend the TNA Knockouts World Television Championship against Elayna Black. The October 8 episode of TNA Thursday Night iMPACT! takes place at the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas.
Announced for TNA Impact (October 8, 2026)
- TNA World Tag Team Championship: Nemeth Brothers (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) vs The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy)
- TNA Knockouts World Television Championship: M by Elegance vs Elayna Black
- Call Your Shot Gauntlet Advantage Match: Elijah, Bear Bronson, Trey Miguel & Frankie Kazarian vs A.J. Francis, Brian Myers, Hometown Man & Joe Alonzo
- K.C. Navarro vs Fabian Aichner
The Hardys challenge the Nemeth Brothers
One of the biggest matches on the show will see Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy challenge the Nemeth Brothers for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
Nic and Ryan Nemeth defeated The Hardys at TNA Lockdown in August to become two-time TNA World Tag Team Champions. Now, Matt and Jeff have another opportunity to reclaim the titles before Bound For Glory.
Another match announced for the night will see M by Elegance defend the Knockouts TV Championship against Elayna Black.
It’s important to note that the Elegance Brand will be banned from ringside. That removes one of M by Elegance’s biggest advantages and gives Black a clearer opportunity to challenge for the championship.
Possibly the biggest and most chaotic fight will be an eight-man tag team match to determine Call Your Shot Gauntlet advantage at Bound For Glory.
Elijah, Bear Bronson, Trey Miguel and Frankie Kazarian, with Avery Styles in their corner, will take on A.J. Francis, Brian Myers, Home Town Man and Joe Alonzo in the matchup.
Additionally, K.C. Navarro will face Fabian Aichner as both men will compete in the six-way X-Division Championship Scramble at Bound For Glory.
