TNA Slammiversary 2025: Preview, match card, news, start time & telecast details

The 2025 edition of the show will emanate from New York!

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) is gearing up for one of its biggest nights of the year, Slammiversary 2025. The pay-per-view event is set to take place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, marking the 21st edition of this annual summer tradition.

The show will also feature stars from WWE’s developmental brand NXT. Slammiversary will also serve as a celebration of the promotion’s 23rd anniversary, honoring over two decades of innovation, unforgettable moments, and game-changing talent.

NXT’s Trick Williams, who defeated Joe Hendry to become the TNA World Champion, is now set to defend the title in a three-way match against Joe Hendry and Mike Santana. TNA X Division Champion Moose is also set to put the title on line against Leon Slater.

A four-way tag team ladder match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship will see The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth) defend their titles against The Hardys (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy), The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz), and Fir$t Cla$$ (A.J. Francis and KC Navarro).

Two singles matches have been announced for the PPV show, where Tessa Blanchard will lock horns with Indi Hartwell, and Mustafa Ali will battle Cedric Alexander. Furthermore, The Elegance Brand (Ash by Elegance and Heather by Elegance) are set to defend the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship against The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay).

Additionally, after her title defense at WWE Evolution against Jordynne Grace, NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne will now battle the TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich in a title vs title match. Slamovich will have Léi Yǐng Lee and Xia Brookside in her corner, while Jayne’s Fatal Influence stablemates, Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, will accompany her.

On the go-home show of TNA Impact, the promotion also announced a colossal eight-man tag team clash between NXT’s Darkstate (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars, and Cutler James) and TNA’s The System (Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, and JDC) and Matt Cardona.

TNA Wrestling on July 18 announced that ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles will return to the promotion after eleven years at the Slammiversary PPV.
