Skasports Investments Pvt. Ltd. enter in strategic partnership deal with Indonesian club Persik Kediri

Persik Kediri became Indonesian football champions twice in 2003 and 2006.

SKASPORTS INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, a fully Indian owned organization, aiming to establish a globalsporting footprint, by focusing on sports-related businesses.PERSIK KEDIRI, known as MACAN PUTIH (THE WHITE TIGERS), is a professional football club in Indonesia under the auspices of PT Kediri Djajati Perkasa. Persik Kediri has been established for 73 years and is based in Kediri, East Java. Persik Kediri has won the Indonesian League twice and also has experience competing in the AFC Champions League.

The two parties jointly announced that they had entered into a STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT, with the focus of improving the digital presence and opportunities, sporting and commercial aspects of Persik Kediri, with potential future investment, as well as bringing Persik Kediri brand of football to the Indian market.PERSIK KEDIRI was founded in 1950. They became Indonesian football champions twice in 2003 and 2006. Persik Kediri has participated in the AFC Champions League in 2004 and 2007. PERSIK KEDIRI holds matches at the Brawijaya Stadium, Kediri, which can accommodate up to 12,000 viewer.

Even though they play at the Brawijaya Stadium, Persik Kediri hopes to move to a newstadium in the 2025-26 season which is currently under construction in Kediri Regency. This newstadium is a special football stadium and has a capacity of 15,000 spectators and was built inaccordance with FIFA and AFC Competition standards.

Currently, Persik Kediri is in sixth position in the Indonesian League 1 competition out of 18 teamscompeting, and is one of the clubs with good performance improvements since the last 1 (one)year. Young players groomed by the Persik Kediri academy actively participate in youth leagues inIndonesia. In the future, the club also has plans to form a Women’s team.

Persik Kediri is the first club in Indonesia whose supporters have an official legal entity under the Persik Kediri Supporters Alliance.
