While there is currently no confirmation that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will appear in the film, producer Namrata Singh has revealed that out of several prominent personalities who have been approached for possible performances, the Indian cricketer is one of them.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Namrata was specifically asked whether Kohli and Anushka could feature in a cameo in the second part. She revealed that reaching out to a few big established stars, she learned that they were all aware of the film.
“I have reached out to some of them, and they were aware of the film earlier,” Namrata said.
Following these statements and keeping in mind the spiritual side of Virat and Anushka, the possibility of a special appearance by the celebrity couple seems highly likely. However, anything will be revealed when the makers confirm the casting announcement for the second part of the hit movie.
