India’s Manav Thakkar and Manush Shah enter as seeded contenders in doubles events.

The WTT Star Contender Ljubljana 2026, presented by I Feel Slovenia, is set to take place from June 16 to 21 at the iconic Hala Tivoli in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The tournament carries a total prize pool of USD 300,000 and will feature some of the world’s best table tennis players competing across singles, doubles and mixed doubles categories.

The men’s singles draw is headlined by French sensation Felix Lebrun, China’s Lin Shidong and Brazil’s Hugo Calderano. Local favourite Darko Jorgic will also be among the leading contenders as he looks to make a deep run on home soil.

In women’s singles, Japan’s Miwa Harimoto enters as the top seed ahead of Macau’s Zhu Yuling, China’s Chen Yi and Kuai Man. The field also includes South Korea’s Shin Yubin and Japan’s Hina Hayata, ensuring a highly competitive tournament.

India will have representation in multiple events. Manav Thakkar will compete in men’s singles and will also partner Manush Shah in men’s doubles, where the Indian pair enters as the fourth seeds. In mixed doubles, Manush Shah and Diya Chitale have been seeded third, while Diya Chitale and Yashaswini Ghorpade will feature in women’s doubles.

With crucial ranking points and a USD 300,000 prize purse on offer, the tournament promises six days of high-quality table tennis action in Slovenia.
