Australian Open 2024 Prize Money: How much Jannik Sinner earn after his grand slam win

Sinner defeated Daniil Medvedev to clinch his first title
Jannik Sinner became the first Italian man to win a Grand Slam title since Adriano Panatta in 1976 when he defeated Daniil Medvedev in a thrilling five-setter in the Australian Open final.
The young Italian came back from two sets down to beat the Russian 3-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-3, and claim his first major trophy in Melbourne.
Sinner’s remarkable performance at the Australian Open earned him a whopping A$3,150,000 (Around 17 Crore INR) in prize money, while Medvedev settled for A$1,725,000 (Around 9.5 crore INR) as the runner-up.
The semifinalists, Novak Djokovic and Alexander Zverev, who both lost to Sinner and Medvedev respectively, took home A$990,000 (around 5.5 crore INR) each.
The quarterfinalists, Andrey Rublev, Hubert Hurkacz, Taylor Fritz, and Carlos Alcaraz, received A$600,000 (Around 3.2 crore INR) each for their impressive runs.
The players who reached the fourth round got A$375,000 (Around 2 crore) each, while those who made it to the third round got A$255,000 (Around 1.3 crore) each. The second-round losers earned A$180,000 (Around 98 lakhs) each, while the first-round losers got A$120,000 (Around 65 lakh) each.

The players who failed to qualify for the main draw also got some prize money, with the final round losers getting A$65,000 (Around 35 lakh) each, the second round losers getting A$44,100 (Around 25 lakh) each, and the first round losers getting A$31,250 (Around 17 lakh) each.
