Sabalenka is set to face Nick Kyrgios in Battle of Sexes on December 28.
Aryna Sabalenka arrived for an encore at The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on December 10. Sabalenka was hosted by Fallon soon after winning the 2025 US Open in September.
The World No. 1 was in New York for an exhibition match at Madison Square Garden. Sabalenka was joined by Naomi Osaka, Tommy Paul, and Nick Kyrgios at the event.
Sabalenka, a two-time US Open Champion after defending her title in 2025, faces Nick Kyrgios later this month in Dubai. Fallon quizzed her on the upcoming clash with the Australian, to which Sabalenka replied that she liked the idea of challenging herself by playing against a male athlete.
The Belarusian confidently declared that she is 100% going to kick his (Kyrgios’) ass after promising that it’s going to be a high-level match.
Fallon did not stop there. He brought up Sabalenka’s habit of signing her coach Jason Stacy’s bald head for good luck. The ritual began during the 2024 Australian Open, where she would sign her coach’s head before each match.
Encouraged by Fallon to give him the souvenir, Sabalenka signed his forehead above the left eyebrow with a Sharpie to a round of applause from the crowd. The 27-year-old also spoke about her love for New York and her strong social media presence.
Sabalenka was the perfect guest, graciously thanking Jimmy Fallon on her Instagram handle. “Thank you for having me @fallontonight, sorry for signing your forehead @jimmyfallon.”
The Belarusian is slated to begin her 2026 season at the WTA 500 Brisbane International, which she won in 2025 and was a finalist last season. Sabalenka finished the 2025 season with four WTA titles – Brisbane, Miami, Madrid, and the US Open.
