Aryna Sabalenka reveals her unique recovery routine when away from tennis

Aryna Sabalenka has always been famous for her trending dances.
World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka took some time away from tennis after a heartbreaking Wimbledon semi-final loss, skipping both the Washington Open and the Canadian Open. While fans missed her on the court, the World No. 1 has made waves off it — sending social media into a frenzy with a bold beachside Instagram post.
During an interview with Cosmopolitan, WTA World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka discussed her professional career and provided a glimpse into her schedule for the tennis world.
Aryna Sabalenka finishes her breakfast at 8:20 am. An hour after breakfast, she starts her workout in the gym. She said about her fitness routine, “I call my team a family. It’s important to bring good people into the family.”
At the time of the French Open, she used to practise on the centre court with Tunisian tennis star Ons Jabeur. She said that a tennis star’s mind is always filled with tennis, and they also have to deal with emotions at the same time.
She said about her on-court practice and emotions, “Even when you hold the trophy, all you remember is the struggle – what you went through and what it took to be in your position. A lot of tennis is in your head. You’re always talking to yourself and dealing with emotional moments.”

After addressing her workout routine, Aryna Sabalenka talked about her recovery routine. The Belarusian tennis star revealed that she picks a TikTok dance as a part of her recovery routine. She added, “After practice, I go to TikTok, find a cool dance, and do it as a part of my recovery routine.”
Sabalenka last played at the Wimbledon Championships, where she lost to the eventual runner-up, Amanda Anisimova. The Belarusian tennis star is also the defending champion at the US Open, and she would aim to defend her title at Flushing Meadows.
The three-time Grand Slam champion is currently in Miami for vacation. Recently, Sabalenka uploaded a new post on her Instagram account. She captioned the post, “A day spent in the sun.”
