Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa reportedly started dating during the 2023 Roland Garros.
A video of tennis stars Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa stretching together has surfaced on social media.
Tsitsipas and Badosa, who reportedly started dating during the 2023 Roland Garros, are currently together despite rumors of their breakup in the past. Earlier this year, Badosa took to social media and uploaded a story, where she revealed that she had parted ways with Tsitsipas.
However, the two-time Grand Slam runner-up later clarified that they only took a small break from their relationship. Since then, Tsitsipas and Badosa have been spotted together on multiple occasions. Additionally, they also went on a trip after the 2024 Wimbledon Championships.
A former World No. #2, Paula Badosa, is currently in decent form. She reached the fourth round at Wimbledon 2024, and also defeated Czechia’s Marie Bouzková to win the 2024 Citi Open. At the ongoing Cincinnati Open 2024, she started her campaign against Peyton Stearns.
In the second round, she defeated 13th seed Anna Kalinskaya before taking down Yulia Putintseva to secure a spot in the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinals, she will face 33-year-old Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova of Russia. Thus, currently in Cincinnati, she has been practicing alongside her boyfriend, Stefanos Tsitsipas.
The official X (formerly Twitter) account of Tennis TV uploaded a video of the couple, where they can be seen doing their stretching regime while holding hands. Stefanos Tsitsipas also re-tweeted the post on his Twitter account.
While Badosa is currently enjoying a decent campaign in the United States, Tsitsipas is struggling to stay consistent ahead of US Open 2024. The Greek tennis star lost in the second round of the Cincinnati Masters against United Kingdom’s Jack Draper. Additionally, the 26-year-old recently announced that he has parted ways with his father as a coach.
However, the former ATP World No. #3 would be looking forward to giving an improved performance at US Open 2024. Tsitsipas won one title in 2024, the Monte Carlo Masters in April, since then; he has only played in the final of the Barcelona Open, which took place in the same month.
