Novak Djokovic prevailed in a thrilling final to end his losing streak and claim a historic 100th career title.

Novak Djokovic will head into the 2025 French Open with a major burden lifted, having rallied from a set down to clinch a thrilling victory over Hubert Hurkacz in the Geneva Open 2025 final. With this win, the Serbian etched his name in history, becoming only the third player to win 100 ATP titles.

Djokovic last won a title back in 2023 at the ATP Finals, and since then, has not managed to get his hands on the silverware despite coming extremely close on several instances. This year, he reached the Miami Open final but fell to young sensation Jakub Mensik in the final, in straight sets.

Entering Geneva on the back of three consecutive opening-round defeats, Novak Djokovic defied expectations to capture the title. His campaign featured convincing wins over Marton Fucsovics and Matteo Arnaldi, a hard-fought battle against Cameron Norrie, and a sensational comeback in the final against Hubert Hurkacz.

Though the Geneva Open is an ATP 250 event, this victory will be especially memorable for Djokovic, not only for marking his 100th career title, but also for the sheer resilience and hard work it took to earn it.
