Tiafoe and his girlfriend, Ayan Broomfield, are making the most of the off-season.
Frances Tiafoe has been making the most of the off-season. From soaking up the sun at a beach in Los Cabos, Mexico, with girlfriend Ayan Broomfield, the couple moved on to rubbing shoulders and snapping selfies with pop star Taylor Swift and her player boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Tiafoe, the World No. #18 and Broomfield watched the Chiefs overcome the Denver Broncos 16-14 in their home match. Taylor Swift was in attendance to support her boyfriend, Kelce, who plays tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs lead the American Football Conference – Western Division or AFC West with nine wins for no losses. The vanquished Broncos are third on the table.
Being a Washington Commanders supporter did not dissuade Frances Tiafoe from acknowledging the win by the Kansas City Chiefs on Instagram after their visit to the Arrowhead Stadium.
Swift took charge and snapped the group selfie with the couple and her long-term boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The popular singer regularly attends NFL football games that include appearances by the Kansas City Chiefs as a display of support.
The crossover between the three celebrities drew the attention of Tiafoe’s good friend and fellow ATP player, Ben Shelton. Shelton entered the chat after Ayan Broomfield made the selfie public on her Instagram handle. “This takes flossin’ to a new level, you just became the goat.”

Frances Tiafoe makes maiden title round appearance at the Cincinnati Masters
Frances Tiafoe returned to the fold of the top 20 ATP player list after spending five months on the fringes. Tiafoe made his first appearance at the title round of an ATP 1000 level event in Cincinnati in August. The accompanying rankings boost gave him the No. #18 position for the first time since mid-March.
Tiafoe survived a closely fought duel with Holger Rune, including a third-set tie-break to reach the Cincinnati Open finals. Despite his loss to Jannik Sinner in the final round, Tiafoe’s milestone appearance made him the first American finalist since John Isner in 2013.
The American’s previous best performance at an ATP 1000 level event was reaching the 2023 Indian Wells semi-finals. Tiafoe also participated in an all-American semi-final at the 2024 US Open against Taylor Fritz. It was the first US Open semi-final between two Americans since Andre Agassi took on Robby Ginepri in the 2005 US Open semi-final.
