Novak Djokovic vs Ugo Humbert live streaming, TV channel, where & how to watch: Swiss Indoors Basel 2026
Novak Djokovic will take on Ugo Humbert for the first time since beating him in Wimbledon 2019
Novak Djokovic opens his campaign at the Swiss Indoors Basel 2026 against a dangerous opponent in Ugo Humbert, with a lot riding on the result. The 39-year-old is currently ranked 11th in the ATP live Race, he is chasing a record 19th ATP Finals qualification.
Djokovic had the momentum after winning in Beijing earlier this month, but he also lost his opening match in Shanghai. His record at Basel is outstanding, as he won it on his debut in 2009 and has reached at least the final in both appearances.
A deep run here is mandatory for the Serbian to enhance his qualification chances. Humbert, meanwhile, ranked inside the top-40, arrives on the back of a three-match losing streak.
The Frenchman will hope to turn his fortunes in conditions that suit his game style, having won four of his seven ATP titles in indoor events including his famous victory against Carlos Alcaraz in the 2024 Paris Masters.
