Perth and Sydney will host the event, which includes four of the WTA Tour’s top six players competing alongside men. Iga Swiatek (World No.2), Coco Gauff (No.3), Jasmine Paolini (No.4), and Elena Rybakina (No.6) lead the women’s lineup in this ATP-WTA collaboration.
As far as the format goes, Each tie comprises one men’s singles, one women’s singles, and one mixed doubles match.
Players can gain up to 500 ranking points, although mixed doubles matches will not count toward rankings and the tournament structure sees group winners advance to quarterfinals, with one additional spot in each city given to the best runner-up.

Big matches include the New Year’s Day clash between Swiatek and Karolina Muchova, rekindling their rivalry from the 2023 Roland Garros final. Elena Rybakina, who has recently enlisted Goran Ivanisevic to her coaching team, starts the WTA season in Perth against Spain.
