World Tennis League 2024: Live streaming, TV channel, where and how to watch?

This is the third installment of the tournament.

The World Tennis League 2024 begins on December 19 in Abu Dhabi. The tournament grew from its Dubai roots. It now joins the UAE’s expanding tennis scene alongside established ATP and WTA events. It offers a fresh year-end format that mixes competitive tennis with entertainment elements.

This year showpiece will involve elite tennis player including World No. #1 Aryna Sabalenka and former top-ranked Iga Swiatek among 16 international stars who will compete in a unique team format.

Four teams – HonorFX Eagles, Game Changers Falcons, TSL Hawks, and SG Mavericks Kites- will play round-robin matches.

The top two will move on to the December 22 final. Teams earn points through games won instead of traditional match victories. The Eagles, with five-time Grand Slam champion Swiatek at the helm, include world No. #11 Stefanos Tsitsipas and India’s top men’s singles player Sumit Nagal.

Elena Rybakina and Andrey Rublev lead the Falcons roster. Each contest has four sets – men’s singles, women’s singles, and two doubles matches.

A new overtime system starts if the trailing team wins the fourth set. It continues until the leader wins one game or the trailing team catches up. Tied matches go to a “Super Shootout” – first to 10 points with sudden death at 9-9.

When and where will World Tennis League 2024 take place?

The 2024 World Tennis League will be held from December 19 to December 22 at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is an exciting mixed-gender team tennis tournament played on hard courts and is the third installment of the tournament.
