Bopanna-Yuzuki will now face the second seeded experienced pairing of Édouard Roger-Vasselin (France) and Hugo Nys (Monaco) in the final on September 30.
With momentum on their side after surviving a tense decider, the Indo-Japanese pair will be aiming to cap their strong run with the trophy on home soil for Yuzuki, and the 45-year-old Bangalorean adding yet another triumph to his already illustrious cabinet.
