Top five youngest men's singles players to reach finals of all four Grand Slams

Jim Courier holds the record for reaching all four Grand Slam finals at a very young age.
Reaching the final of any Grand Slam is a massive feat in itself, but doing so across all four tournaments, braving through the challenging conditions and nature of surfaces, demands an all-round game.
Very few tennis stars accomplish this feat. Even legends like Mats Wilander and Ivan Lendl failed to triumph at Wimbledon, despite their incredible success elsewhere. Here we take a look at the top five youngest men’s singles players to reach the finals of all four Grand Slams.
Youngest men’s singles players to reach all four Grand Slams finals-
Roger Federer (2006) – 24 years, 294 days

Roger Federer played in seven Australian Open finals, winning six (against Marat Safin, Marcos Baghdatis, Fernando González, Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal, and Marin Čilić) and losing one (to Nadal in 2009).
At Wimbledon, the Swiss legend made a record twelve finals, winning eight (against Mark Philippoussis, Andy Roddick three times, Nadal, Murray, and Čilić) and losing four.
He reached five French Open finals — his first in 2006, which secured his place among the youngest players to reach a final at every Slam. His patience was finally rewarded when he claimed his only Roland Garros title against Robin Söderling in 2009.
At the US Open, he reached seven finals, capturing five titles and ending up losing his summit clash twice, to Juan Martín del Potro in 2009 and Djokovic in 2015.
Andre Agassi (1992) – 24 years, 262 days
Andre Agassi reached four Australian Open finals, winning all four (beating Pete Sampras in 1995, Yevgeny Kafelnikov in 2000, Arnaud Clément in 2001, and Rainer Schüttler in 2003). He played three French Open finals, winning once (against Andrei Medvedev in 1999) and losing twice (to Andrés Gómez in 1990 and Jim Courier in 1991).
The American featured in six US Open finals, winning two (against Michael Stich in 1994 and Todd Martin in 1999) and losing four (to Pete Sampras in 1990 and 1995, Patrick Rafter in 1997, and Roger Federer in 2005). At Wimbledon, Agassi reached two finals, winning his only one against Goran Ivanišević in 1992, to complete his non-calendar-year Grand Slam.
Rafael Nadal (2010) – 24 years, 88 days

Rafael Nadal has appeared in six Australian Open finals, winning twice, against Roger Federer in 2009 and Daniil Medvedev in 2022, and finishing runner-up four times (losing to Stan Wawrinka in 2014, Novak Djokovic in 2012 and 2019, and Federer in 2017). The ‘King of Clay’ is the greatest ever performer at the French Open, winning all 14 finals.
The Spaniard’s success extended to Wimbledon as well, where he reached five finals, winning two (against Federer in 2008 and Tomáš Berdych in 2010) and losing three (to Federer in 2006 and 2007, and Djokovic in 2011). At the US Open, he played five finals, winning four (defeating Djokovic in 2010, 2013, and 2019, and Kevin Anderson in 2017) and losing one (to Djokovic in 2011).

Jannik Sinner became the second youngest man after he reached his first ever Wimbledon final by defeating Novak Djokovic in straight sets. The World No. 1 already has two Australian Open titles in the bag, along with a US Open triumph in 2024.
He reached his maiden Roland Garros final in 2025, and had two championship points on Alcaraz’s serve, but was unable to capitalise on an early advantage of 2 sets to none, eventually going down in five sets.
