UFC International Fight Week 2026 kicked off earlier this week in Las Vegas, bringing together fans and fighters for one of the promotion’s biggest annual celebrations. The festivities will now conclude with UFC 329, headlined by the long-awaited rematch between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway.
Conor McGregor makes his long-awaited comeback to the Octagon at UFC 329, headlining against former featherweight champion Max Holloway in a welterweight rematch thirteen years in the making.
This will be McGregor’s first appearance since he suffered a broken leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021. He returns against a familiar face, having beaten Holloway by unanimous decision back in August 2013 in a featherweight bout early in both men’s UFC careers.
Since that night, both fighters have gone on to become two of the sport’s biggest stars, with Holloway now stepping up to welterweight for the first time to renew the rivalry.
The co-main event sees lightweight contenders Benoit Saint Denis and Paddy Pimblett collide in a three-round clash, with both men eyeing a shot at new champion Justin Gaethje.
Elsewhere on the main card, elite bantamweights Mario Bautista defeated Cory Sandhagen via UD in the rematch, while former title challenger Brandon Royval defeated rising flyweight Lone’er Kavanagh via rear naked choke in Round 3.
The action on the main card kicked off with a lightweight clash between Terrance McKinney and King Green, where Green scored a first-round TKO win.
Who won the opening fight between King Green and Terrance McKinney at UFC 329?
King Green defeated Terrance McKinney via first-round technical knockout (TKO). The stoppage came at 4:59 of Round 1
