There are currently 16 championships in WWE

WWE is an American Professional Wrestling Promotion and is the largest wrestling promotion in the world. WWE is a sports entertainment show, where the professionally trained athletes wrestle for the coveted championships. WWE has currently been divided into three brands, in which RAW & SmackDown being the primary brands, and NXT being the developmental brand. There are currently 16 championships in WWE, which are divided among the three brands. Here is the list of all current champions in WWE with respect to the brand they belong to.

World Heavyweight Championship

The World Heavyweight Championship is the only primary championship on the RAW brand and it is currently held by Seth Rollins. The champion was crowned at Night of Champions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on May 27th. Seth Rollins beat AJ Styles to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE SmackDown Women's Championship - Rhea Ripley

WWESmackDown Women's Championship is the only women's primary championship on the RAW Brand. SmackDown Women's Championship came to the RAW brand as the result of the 2023 Draft. Rhea Ripley is the current WWE SmackDown Women's Champion on her first reign. She won the championship from Charlotte Flair on WrestleMania 39, Night 1.

Intercontinental Championship - Gunther

The Intercontinental Championship is the only secondary championship on the RAW brand. This Championship came to Monday Night RAW as a part of the 2023 Superstar Shakeup. Gunther is the current Intercontinental Champion and he is on his first reign. Gunther captured the Intercontinental Championship on the June 10, 2022 episode of SmackDown from Ricochet. His current reign is the longest Intercontinental Championship reign in the 21st Century, holding the title for more than 340 days. 

RAW Tag Team Championship - Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are the current RAW Tag Team Champions. They won the RAW Tag Team Championship along with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship from The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) on WrestleMania 39, Night 1.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship - Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn are the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions. They won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship along with the RAW Tag Team Championship from The Usos at WrestleMania 39, Night 1. 

Holding both the RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Championship together, they are the current Undisputed Tag Team Champions. Since both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn got drafted to RAW on the 2023 draft, the championship is currently on the RAW brand. But the championships will be defended among the superstars of both the brands.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship - Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan

Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan are the current WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. They won the championships from Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus on the April 10, 2023 episode of RAW. The Women's Tag Team Championship is currently on RAW, as both Liv & Raquel were drafted to Raw. However, the women's tag titles are defended on both the brands.

Universal Championship - Roman Reigns

Universal Championship is one of the two primary championships in SmackDown. Roman Reigns is the current Universal Champion on his second reign. He captured the championship by defeating "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman at Payback which was held on August 30, 2020. He is the 2 longest reigning champion in the history of WWE nearing 1000 days.

WWE Championship - Roman Reigns

WWE Championship is the another primary championship in the SmackDown brand. Roman Reigns is the current WWE Champion and he is on his fourth reign. He captured the RAW's WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38, Night 2. He holds the WWE Championship for more than 408 days.

After capturing both the championship, Roman Reigns started defending both the titles as one under the name Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Both the titles are made exclusive for SmackDown as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft.

United States Championship - Austin Theory

The United States Championship is the secondary championship on the SmackDown brand. Austin Theory is the current United States Champion on his second reign, who brought the championship with him to SmackDown as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft. He captured the championship by defeating Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley in a Triple Threat Match on the November 26, 2022 episode of RAW. He holds the title for more than 171 days

RAW Women's Championship - Asuka

WWE RAW Women's Championship is the primary women's singles championship in the SmackDown Brand. Asuka is the current RAW Women's Champion on her first reign, She captured the championship from Bianca Belair at Night of Champions 2023.

NXT Women's Championship - Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn

The NXT Women's Championship is currently on the SmackDown brand as the current NXT Women's Champions Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn brought their championships to the SmackDown brand as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft. Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn won the NXT Women's Championship from Fallon Hentley & Kiana James at NXT Stand & Deliver which was held on April 1, 2023. Soon after the win, they were called for their main roster debut on SmackDown.

NXT Championship - Carmello Hayes

The NXT Championship is the only primary championship of the WWE's developmental brand NXT 2.0. Carmello Hayes is the current NXT Champion in his first reign. He defeated Bron Breakker at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 1  2023.

NXT North American Championship - Wes Lee

The NXT North American Championship is the only secondary championship on the NXT roster. Wes Lee is the current NXT North American Championin his first reign. He captured the vacant NXT North American Championship in a five-man ladder match at Halloween Havoc. He held the championship for more than 206 days, being the second longest NXT North American Champion reign.

NXT Women's Championship

The NXT Women's Championship is currently vacant as the previous champion Indi Hartwell relinquished the title due to injury and was subsequently drafted to RAW. However, a new champion will be crowned in a tournament at NXT Battleground.

NXT Tag Team Championship - Gallus

The NXT Tag Team Championship is the only Tag Team Championship on the current NXT roster. Mark Coffey & Wolfgang under the team name "Gallus" are the current NXT Tag Team Champions on their first reign. They captured the championship from a fatal four-way tag team match at Vengeance Day.

NXT Heritage Cup Championship - Naom Dar

NXT Heritage Cup is a specialized championship in the men's division of the NXT brand. The championship is defended on the special stipulation under British Round Rules of six three minute rounds in a 2 out of 3 falls match. Naom Dar is the current NXT Heritage Cup Champion in his second reign. He won the championship from Mark Coffey at NXT UK and was brought to NXT 2.0.
