WWE RAW preview (22 May 2023): Matches, news, rumors, predicted matches, timings, telecast details

With WWE Night of Champions just a week away, we are to witness the WWE Monday night RAW. WWE is doing an incredible job of bringing both brands against each other. From the Red brand, the WWE Undisputed Tag-Team champions took a detour to WWE Smackdown to face "The Tribal Chief" where Reigns and Sikoa came face to face with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. WWE RAW will be streamed live from GIANT Center, Hershey, PA.

With new rivalries building on towards the night of champions and then later to WWE Money in the bank, it would be interesting to see what WWE plans in the future.

So, far no matches have been announced. But last week, we saw Becky Lynch coming around and asking Trish Stratus for a match at WWE Night of Champions. We also, saw Seth Rollins speaking on his journey last week to Corey Graves. Cody Rhodes in the last WWE RAW addressed his Brock Lesnar problem saying, "he's in my way".

With no information on any of the matches, it would be interesting to see what WWE might come up with for a better build-up for Night of Champions.

Predicted matches and moments for WWE RAW

Another squash match for Indus Sher

Last week, we saw the debut of Indus Sher, alongside Jinder Mahal. With WWE Draft 2023 going into effect WWE might want their mid-card to be more popular, and how good it is when a former WWE Champion is the leader of the group. So, we might again see a squash match by Indus Sher to prove the stable's dominance.

Zoey Stark vs Candice LeRae

Zoey Stark is one of the newest faces on WWE RAW. In her debut match on the main roster, she defeated Nikki Cross, very convincingly to announce her main roster debut. We, saw Zoey Stark mocking Nikki Cross. But there came a rescuer Candice LeRae in support of Cross. Zoey Stark started mocking LeRae saying her family is "weirdo", where LeRae answers her she settles things in the ring. So, this week we might see both the woman competing in the squared circle.

Natalya and Rhea Ripley getting into a fight

Natalya might want her chance to get at the championship gold. What would be better than to go after Dominik Mysterio's "Mami" as a contender? This would also, settle that Natalya would be the one to fight Rhea Ripley at WWE Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah.

Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler facing off against Raquel Gonzalez and the return of Liv Morgan

We might again see Rousey and Baszler assaulting the WWE Woman tag-team champions. But there might be a twist. Liv Morgan has been out for weeks due to some unknown injury. So, the WWE universe might see the return of "the queen of extreme" saving her tag-team partner and finding opponents for Night of Champions in Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler.

Last, week we saw Rollins speaking about his whole career while sitting with Corey Graves. This week we might get to see the remaining of what was left in Part 1.
