List of WWE Superstars who are currently injured

Professional Wrestling is one of the highly risky and dangerous shoot sport entertainment. Although it is scripted, it doesn’t mean that they are fake, almost all the in-ring performances, high risk maneuvers and injuries are real. Some injuries can be small, and some could be big. No matter how intense the injury is, wrestlers risk their lives to entertain their fans. Here are the list of WWE Superstars who are currently injured.

Current Injury List of WWE Superstars

Roman Reigns

It has been reported that Roman Reigns has been suffering from an injury since SummerSlam 2023. There is no official information from the WWE, what kind of injury he is suffering from. Despite his injury, he will be available this Friday Night on SmackDown. 

Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has been a victim to The Judgement Day’s brutal attack, he appeared on Sami Zayn’s match two weeks ago and was not seen then. As per backstage reports, Kevin Owens is likely to suffer from a rib injury and will be out of action for a brief period of time. As the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship has not yet vacated, fans can expect his return sooner.

Big E

Big E broke his neck on March 11, 2022 during the match with The Brawling Brutes, and has been out of action since then. Reports suggest that he is cleared from his injury and would return anytime sooner.

Randy Orton

Randy Orton suffers a Back fusion injury since May 2022 and is out for an indefinite period. IN August 2023, it was confirmed that he was not cleared. 

Sami Zayn

On Raw after SummerSlam, Sami Zayn was brutally assaulted by JD McDonaugh, which made him unfit to compete for a match that night. As per reports, Zayn suffers an elbow injury and will be available for backstage segments till his recovery.

Sonya Deville

On the last episode of SmackDown before SummerSlam, Sonya Deville injured her ribs and is later confirmed that Deville suffers from a torn ACL and will be away from WWE for indefinite time.   

Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan came back from an injured shoulder a month ago, but was later reported by Fightful Select that, She is not fully cleared from it and will be away for a brief time.

Bayley

During a home show a week ago, Bayley injured her knee. However she continues to appear on television alongside IYO SKY and continue her storyline with Shotzi BlackHart.

Elton Prince

Elton Prince of Pretty Deadly suffered from a Shoulder Injury a month ago and was away from action for weeks. He appeared the following week on a wheelchair with his injured shoulder. It might be a case where he might be involved in backstage non-wrestling segments. 

Dakota Kai

Dakota Kai has been suffering from a Torn ACL and is away from action since May 12, 2023. She appeared during the championship celebration of IYO SKY at SummerSlam, but her in-ring return is unknown.

Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca is a NXT wrestler who is out of action since April 2023 is expected to be out of action for seven to nine months.

Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman has been away from television since May 2023 and he confirmed on twitter that he had a Neck Fusion Surgery and is in rehabilitation. His return date is unknown as there is no official confirmation on it yet.

Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon returned to WWE at WrestleMania 39 Day 2, where he appeared as a surprise opponent of The Miz and tore his quad muscles accidentally. He was escorted by the medical team and had no official information on his return.

Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt was about to have a match at WrestleMania 39, but was canceled due to an illness. He is out of television since February 2023 and he wasn’t cleared to return.

Wendy Choo

Wendy Choo is a NXT wrestler, who was away from live action since May 2023, NXT Commissioner Shawn Michaels confirms that she is suffering from undisclosed injury and is rehabbing from it.

Nikkita Lyons

Another NXT Superstar, Nikita Lyons is away from television since January 2023 as a result of Torn ACL and Meniscus. Her return date is unknown and not being announced.

Robert Roode

Rodert Roode has been away from television for more than one and a half years since May 2022. He has a neck injury and went through two surgeries in December 2022 and May 2023. He is reported to be working as a producer backstage.

R-Truth

R- Truth has been suffering from torn quad since November 2022 and he hasn’t appeared on Television yet.

Arianna Grace

Arianna Gace is a NXT Superstar, who is away from action since October 2022 due to an undisclosed injury. In her recent social media post, she announced that she started her training and would return soon.

Amari Miller

Amari Miller of NXT has been away from wrestling since February 2023. It was reported that she is suffering from a Torn ACL and will be out for indefinite time.
