John Cena will team up with Seth Rollins to face Kaiser & Vinci at WWE Superstar Spectacle in India

Every wrestling fan is eagerly waiting to see John Cena live.

The 2023 WWE Superstar Spectacle is said to be hosted live in India on September 8, 2023 at the G.M.C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. It is the second edition of SuperStar Spectacle, where the first edition in 2021 failed to occur in India due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.

However WWE managed to tape the event at the WWE Performance Center in Florida and telecasted on the Republic day of India. Since WWE announced the event in India earlier this month, the expectations for the event kept increasing as it is the first live event in India since 2017.

After John Cena was added to the cards, it became the hottest topic in the wrestling industry. With weeks away from the second edition of the Superstar Spectacle, WWE India has officially announced the match card of John Cena.

WWE India officially announced the match card for the Superstar Spectacle involving John Cena. The 16 time World Champion is said to team up with the reigning World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and will take on Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci of Imperium in a tag team match on September 8 in India. 

This is the second confirmed match for the event as WWE already announced the Undisputed Tag Team Championship match between the reigning champs Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and Veer Mahan and Sangha of Indus Sher.

Last time when Cena wrestled was on April 1, 2023 at WrestleMania, where he lost the match to Austin Theory. This not only marks the first match of John Cena since April, this is also the first match for Cena in India. Last time Cena and Rollins shared a ring they were on the opposite sides. Them working together as a team, builds more and more expectations for the show.
