Superstars and Commentators to watch out for, who could make their return on the Raw after SummerSlam

WWE is known for providing some of the most memorable and shocking moments that become a talking point in the wrestling industry. What is more memorable than making a return to television after a long break. WWE has a habit of bringing back wrestlers and debuting new wrestlers after a major event, especially after WrestleMania and SummerSlam. So who is WWE going to bring back to television this Monday on the Raw After SummerSlam. Here are the list of Superstars who might return on the August 7, 2023 episode of Raw.

Superstars to Watch out For

Lita

WWE Hall of Famer and the Former Women’s Champion, Lita is expected to return this week on Raw. Lita has been away from television since April 2023, where she was attacked backstage by his best friend Trish Stratus. She was away from television and not heard from her for almost 4 months. As per speculations, Lita might return this week and join Becky Lynch to neutralize the Zoey Stark advantage of Trish Stratus. Lita might be at Lynch’s corner during Becky Lynch vs Trish Stratus match the following week on August 14.

Johnny Gargano

Johnny Gargano has been picked by the Raw brand as a part of 2023 Supplemental Draft. He was not seen since February 2023, where he participated in the Elimination Chamber Match for the United States Championship and was unsuccessful. He then had a match in NXT against Grayson Waller and won. He was not seen on television then and there has been no update on his status. He is likely to return this Monday on Raw and might reunite with Tomasso Ciampa to bring DIY to Raw.

Indus Sher

Indus Sher was drafted to Raw as a part of the 2023 Supplemental Draft and had a couple of matches on Raw. The matches they featured in were a showcase of their extreme dominance. While being hyped to be a powerful tag team, they were pulled off from the television. They are likely to make their return this Monday as WWE has announced a live event in India “Superstar Spectacle” next month, where the Indus Sher is a part of the poster and is expected to have a match there. So giving them some television space on Raw might be considered.

Indie Hartwell

The Former NXT Women’s Champion, Indie Hartwell was drafted to Raw as a pick of the 2023 Draft. To which she forfeited the title and joined the main roster with a leg injury. She appeared on a few backstage episodes of Raw, but hasn’t wrestled a match on the main roster. She is expected to return to in-ring action this monday and make an impact on the women’s division.

Big E

Former World Champion Big E has been out of television since May 2022. He suffered a neck concussion, which took him away for so long. He wasn’t on the Draft picks due to extended rehabilitation, but the rest of the New Day was drafted to Raw. So he might return to Raw this week and reunite with Xavier Woods, since Kofi got injured they should wait until Kofi’s return to have a complete reunion. Big E was spotted backstage on various occasions doing other tasks, his in-ring return could boost the Men’s division on the Raw Brand.

Commentators Return

Michael Cole & Wade Barrett

WWE has officially announced that Michael Cole and Wade Barrett would return to Raw this week and continue to be the Color Commentators of Raw. This marks Michael Cole’s Raw return after four years. Michael Cole has a dual commentator role to do, as he will also continue to be the color commentator of SmackDown with Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick.
