After Jimmy Uso betrayed Jey Uso at SummerSlam, Jey quit WWE and was away from television for almost a month. However, Cody introduced Jey Uso as the newest member of the Raw roster at Payback. Jey has a huge backstory with a number of wrestlers on the Raw roster and also was in high demand to join alliance with The Judgment Day. As most of them confuse, why Jey is on the Raw roster? and what are his plans?, a major update on Jey Uso’s booking is revealed.

During the time of SummerSlam, Fightful reported the sources on whether there is any Roman Reigns losing the Universal Championship. It was reported that SummerSlam is an important roadblock for the Bloodline. It was also reported that WWE and the people around the Bloodline were pretty confident that the storyline would result in Jey having a singles run.
Fightful reported that Jey moving to the Raw brand was a part of the build and there is no long term process on his run as it is a part of the ongoing plan. Jey Uso might be in the Raw roster for the next two months and will resume The Bloodline storyline in a slow phase, gaining a lot of screen time. The report shows that WWE officials are extremely happy with the reactions to Jey Uso by the WWE Universe.

It will be interesting to see how WWE could book Jey Uso on the red brand, it appears that there is actually a clear plan for Jey for the upcoming weeks. However all his plans led to the road to WrestleMania 40.
