LA Knight is one of the hottest sensation in the wrestling industry, who is subjected to increasing popularity and fame in recent times. Knight has been emerging into a top babyface of SmackDown, who is in the middle of the push to the top card.
Knight recently registered some of the big wins in his career by winning the Slim Jim SummerSlam Battle Royal, and defeating The Miz at Payback and sharing the ring with two former world champions. He had a rematch against The Miz two weeks ago, where he defeated The Miz and ended his feud. After the match, he made a statement that he has eyes on all the champions in the company and is ready for championship opportunities.
When fans were excited to see what’s next for The Mega Star, he didn’t show up on last week’s episode and it was later reported that Knight was tested positive to COVID-19 ahead of the show and was forced to leave the arena.
Fightful Select reported the news and also added he was originally planned to be involved in the contract signing between Cena and The Bloodline, to join hands with Cena. As Knight is tested positive to COVID-19, an important update regarding his WWE status has been revealed.
