WWE NXT No Mercy: Match Card, rumors, timings, telecast details

The WWE 2023 NXT No Mercy is the upcoming live event of the NXT brand. It is the first No Mercy since 2017 and is the first non pay-per-view. This year's NXT No Mercy is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, California.

This marks the first live streaming events after the TKO Group merger. A total of seven matches were booked for the event, where all the championships on the NXT brand are set to be defended at the live event. Here is a complete Match Card, Preview, Predictions and Telecast Details of the event. 

NXT No Mercy: Match card and Predictions

Blair Davenport vs. Kelani Jordan

On last week's episode of WWE NXT, Blair Davenport attacked Gigi Dolin, where Kelani Jordan stepped up to save Dolin. Which was made into a match between Blair Davenport and Kelani Jordan.

As per speculations, Blair Davenport will defeat Kelani Jordan.

NXT Global Heritage Cup- Noam Dar vs Butch

Buth won the NXT Global Heritage Invitational Tournament by defesting Joe Coffey in the tournament finals and earning the opportunity to challenge Naom Dar for the NXT Global Heritage Cup. Butch will be accompanied by Tyler Bate to counter the involvement of Meta-Four. This is a traditional British Rounds Rules Match.

As per speculations, Butch will win the NXT Global Heritage Cup, but Dar will somehow regain it stating that it is not an original cup, as he always does.

Baron Corbin vs Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker has been assaulting his opponents since he turned heel. Earlier this month Breakker attacked Von Wagner by crushing his head between the steel steps. Following which Baron Corbin appreciated him for his actions, however Bron rejected his praisings stating that he doesn't need Corbin's respect. It resulted in Bron Breakker challenging Baron Corbin in a one on one match at No Mercy.

As per speculations, Bron Breakker will win the match. However, Von Wagner might return after the match and would assault both of them.

NXT North American Championship- Dominik Mysterio vs. Trick Williams

Dominik Mysterio was originally set to defend his NXT North American Championship against Mustafa Ali. However he got released from the company along with 21 other superstars. Following his release, Triple H announced a triple threat match between Dragon Lee Axiom, and Tyler Bate to determine the #1 Contender for the NXT North American Championship. Trick Willams was somehow inserted into the match and won. It was also announced that Dragon Lee will be the special guest referee for the match. Dominik is in serious trouble of losing the championship at No Mercy with no Rhea Ripley on his side.

However, Dominik Mysterio will retain his NXT North American Championship by the involvement of The Judgment Day members.

NXT Tag Team Championship- Fatal 4-Way Match

The Family will defend their NXT Tag Team Championship against OTM, The Creed Brothers and Los Lotharios in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match.

As per speculations, The Family will retain their tag team titles most probably by pinning Lucien Price or Bronco Nima of OTM.

Extreme Rules NXT Women's Championship- Becky Lynch vs Tiffany Stratton

Becky Lynch won the NXT Wome’s Championship from Tiffany Stratton three weeks ago to become the Grand Slam Champion. The following week, Becky Lynch teamed up with Lyra Valkyria and defeated Tiffany Stratton and Kiana James. After the loss, Tiffany attacked Lynch and challenged her for a Extreme Rules Match for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT No Mercy.

As per speculations, Becky Lynch will retain the NXT Women's Championship after a hard fought fight, which might turn out to be the highlight of the night.

NXT Championship- Carmelo Hayes vs Ilja Dragunov

Carmelo Hayes will defend his NXT Championship against Ilja Dragunav. Hayes and Dragunov already had a championship match at the Great American Bash, where Hayes retained his championship. Dragunov however waited for his opportunity and clinched his opportunity to become the #1 Contender for the NXT Championship by defeating Wes Lee. Dragunov finally got his rematch for the NXT title at No Mercy.

As per speculations, Dragunov will win the NXT Championship and Hayes will be moved to the main roster to join Bobby Lashley's new faction.
