What to expect from WWE following TKO merger?

WWE has officially merged with UFC's parent company under the TKO Group Holdings on September 12, 2023. As Endeavor holds the major stakes in WWE, a lot of things can be expected to occur in WWE. Here are some of the changes that might happen following the TKO merger.
Cost Cut / Lay Off
There might be a number of cost cuts in WWE following the merger including layoffs and talent cutoffs. Since both UFC and WWE have some same teams such as financial, operations and other backstage teams there will be multiple cost cuts in the future. As expected Nick Khan has also notified WWE employees about the layoff following the merge.
WWE-UFC Crossovers
There are lots of WWE Superstars who came from MMA backgrounds and a lot of WWE superstars tried Mixed Martial Arts in the past. This merge may pave a path for a crossover between WWE & UFC, and might expect a lot of UFC stars in WWE.
New Divisions & Championships
In UFC there are multiple divisions based on the weight categories and has a seperate championships for them. Following the merge, we can expect similar weight category divisions and championships in WWE. The company had already had a weight category division called Cruiserweight, where only highflyers and wrestlers of weight less than 205 pounds. If that's the case we can expect Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight Championships and much more in the future.
New Sponsorships
Following the merger, WWE is expected to have multiple new sponsors to its events, matches and for players, similar to UFC. Both companies might have multiple energy drink endorsements, and sports company sponsors following the merger.
Change in Broadcast Partners
Following the TKO merge and expiration of media rights, WWE's broadcast deals might change, where multiple media giants bid for the telecasting rights of the wrestling shows worldwide. OTT deals are also expected to be done in the following years.
Recruiting New Talents
New wrestling talents might be signed into the company from other wrestling promotions. Since TKO is made exclusively for the growth of both the companies, it would probably become the monopoly of the industry and recruit new talents to make WWE the hub of pro-wrestling.
