WWE has been planning to make their events big since the beginning of the year and they to it more intense after the TKO merger. The company is keen on booking its Premium Live Events for the upcoming year too early to set the hype and further plan the process. So far WWE have confirmed the location for four major PLEs including Royal Rumble at St. Petersburg, Florida; Elimination Chamber in Perth, Western Australia; WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Bash in Berlin in Berlin, Germany. Now backstage reports revealed the potential location for the 2024 SummerSlam.

SummerSlam 2024 Location

According to Fightful Select, Cleveland, Ohio is in talks to potentially host the 2024 SummerSlam Premium Live Event. As per reports the SummerSlam 2024 will either be held in one of the two venues, which could either be the Cleveland Browns Stadium (NFL) or Progressive Field (MLB's Cleveland Guardians).

If  the location is finalized this could be the first time in 27 years that WWE will be hosting SummerSlam in Cleveland, Ohio.

This year WWE has hosted SummerSlam 2023 at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan which turned out to be a huge success and one of the greatest shows of the year.

SummerSlam

SummerSlam is the second biggest event of the year in the wrestling industry beyond WrestleMania. It carries huge anticipation, excitement and crowds pulling from all parts of the world. It is one of the five biggest events of the company including Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, Survivor Series and Money in the Bank. This event has been traditionally held since 1988 in Summer and the upcoming 2024 SummerSlam will be the 37th edition of the event.

Since the location for the next SummerSlam event is not officially announced by the company, we need to wait until the confirmation is made by the company for the second largest event.
