Triple H praises Bayley as 'Unsung all-star' of WWE Women’s division

Bayley returned to WWE in 2022 with the debutant IYO SKY & Dakota Kai dubbing themselves under the name “Damage CTRL”. Although the stable has been a great success with two Women’s Tag Team Championship reigns by Kai & SKY, and one WWE Women’s Championship reign by SKY, Bayley stood away from the championship spotlight.

She had a courageous run before as a “Hugger” and as a “Role Model”, but is now considered weak with a number of losses. However is now assisting IYO SKY to retain her championship, and is seen as a side-kick.  However, the “King of King” Triple H honored Bayley by speaking about her importance, her value and her contributions.

At Fastlane 2023, Bayley assisted IYO SKY to retain her WWE Women’s Championship. After which at the post-show media scrum, Triple H praised Bayley and her contribution to the Women’s division. He spoke about how important she is for WWE and has been the valuable asset to the company.

“The unsung all-star of that Women’s division, Bayley continues to just prove why she is one of the most valuable players & MVP of that division like players & MVP of that division like nobody else and i don’t know that she’s ever given credit or that but she absolutely should be.”

Bayley’s achievements

Bayley is one of the four-horsewomen of WWE, who has been considered as one of the great wrestlers in the modern era. She is a one-time Raw Women’s Champion, two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, two-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion and one-time NXT Champion. With all these achievements, she is the first-ever Women’s Triple Crown Champion & the first ever Women’s Grand Slam Champion.
