WWE Crown Jewel 2023 Results & Winners: Logan Paul wins the U.S. title, Kairi Sane returns

The 2023 WWE Crown Jewel is officially over and it turns out to be one of the most successful pay-per-views of WWE in recent times. The show featured eight matches where five championships are defended in which one changed hands. A long-awaited Japanese star returned as a heel to make her friend retain the championship. The Money in the Bank Cash-in was again spoiled, and much more happened on Crown Jewel. Get to know what happened on this year’s Crown Jewel as we came with the complete match summary, results, ratings and winner’s list of the show.
Crown Jewel 2023- Match Summary
Kick-off
Sami Zayn vs JD McDonagh
JD McDonagh and Sami Zayn twist each others hands to start the match. Sami Zayn had majority control of the match right from the beginning. McDonagh had a brief control with a drop kick, back-flip-face burster. Sami Zayn at the later part of the match got back the momentum, after countering McDonagh’s Moon-sault by raising his leg up, hit him with an Exploder-Suplex, Helluva-kick and Blue-Thunder Bomb for the win.
Winner: Sami Zayn/JD McDonagh Ratings: 4.2/5
Main Show
World Heavyweight Championship Match- Seth Rollins (C) vs Drew McIntyre
Both locked their hands and Drew McIntyre pushed Seth Rollins to the corner. Rollins locked McIntyre’s head, but McIntyre pushed him down and celebrated like Cristiano Ronaldo’s “Siu!”. Both had a great fight, and the momentum shifted as both exchanged a variety of maneuvers.
As the match swinged on each side, Drew sent Seth Rollins through the steel stairs, hit him with a backbreaker on the apron. McIntyre hit a Glasgow Kiss and Rollins went for Pedigree and ended in a near-fall. Rollins hit him with the big right hand on back and forth of McIntyre’s head, McIntyre delivered a belly-to-belly suplex, Rollins hit a superkick and stomp but still ended in a near-fall.
At the end, McIntyre delivered a Claymore, but Rollins kicked out so close. When McIntyre looks for another Claymore, Rollins hit him with a Pedigree and Curb Stomp for the win to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
After the match, Damien Priest music was played, he came down with the briefcase to cash-in. But was attacked by a black hoodie guy, which is none other than Sami Zayn. Zayn attacked Priest and took the briefcase with himself running through the audience side.

Fatal Five Way- Women’s World Championship Match
Rhea Ripley had a great entrance. As the match started, Nia Jax scrolled down and everyother goes for rolldown pinfall on each other. Nia Jax attacked people who comes down, Raquel first and Rhea next. As everyone comes to the ring, Nia Jax has been taken out. Raquel takes down all the other three in the ring. But Rhea took her down and takes control. Rhea calls Nia to enter the ring and fight her as both exchanged hands. Rhea tried to lift Nia but couldn’t able to. Jax jumped on her and delivered a leg drop on Rhea.
Baszler took Jax down and locked Raquel, Rhea and Nia Jax foe a three submission maneuver at once. Zoey breaks the submission with a kick to the face, suplexed Raquel and went for the top rope. Rhea Ripley and Raquel joins her on the top rope and look for a vertical suplex, but Baszler powerbombs all the three.
Jax went for a sit down from the middle rope, but Rhea stopped her. Rhea and Raquel fight each other and and big boot each other at the same time. Zoey sent both down with a drop kick and went flying to the top rope. Zoey hit a Z360 on Rhea but Nia Jax stopped her. Raquel power-bombed Nia Jax, Shayna locks Raquel’s neck, Rhea hit Rip tide on Shayna.
Rhea took Zoey Stark to the top rope for a Riptide while Raquel looks for a pinfall on Baszler. Rhea hit the Riptide on the Raquel and Baszler and get the pinfall to retain the championship.

John Cena vs Solo Sikoa
Solo Sikoa right from the start of the match tried to Samoan Spike John Cena but Cena countered hit. Cena tried to hurt Solo Sikoa’s thumb to stop getting spiked by him. Cena hit Solo’s (hand) thumb on Steel steps. Sikoa hit Cena with a headbutt, stomps him down and continues to slow down Cena with back to back headbutt. Cena tried to fight back, but Sikoa hit a spinning kick on Cena.
Sikoa with a sit-out from the middle rope and looks for a Samoan spike. Cena counters and looks for an AA, but Sikoa super kicked him. Cena is in the corner, Solo Sikoa with a Corner Samoan Splash. Solo tries to Samoan spike Cena, but Cena locks him with a cross-face. Solo escapes and took him down with a clothesline, laid Cena upside down on the corner and hit a flying headbutt.
Solo Sikoa delivered a Belly to Belly Suplex and again hit him with a Samoan Splash. Solo tries for a Samoan Spike, but Cena counters again with a shoulder tackle and five knuckle shuffle. Cena lifts Solo for an AA, but Solo countered with a Samoan Back Drop.
Sikoa hit yet another Samoan Splash, Cena fights back and hit a flying cross-body of the top rope. Solo Sikoa again looks for a Samoan Spike, but Cena hit him with a Chokeslam. Both exchange strikes as Solo Sikoa hit him with a Spinning Solo, but not enough. Solo Sikoa blocked a Samoan Spike and locked Sikoa with a STF, but Sikoa reached the ropes. Solo Sikoa finally delivered eleven Samoan Spikes on Cena and won.

Miz Tv/Grayson Waller Effect
Miz came to the ring to host the Miz Tv in Saudi Arabia. He introduces Saudi Arabia’s star ‘Ibraham Al Hajaj’ (Movie Actor) as the special guest of Miz Tv. Grayson Waller interrupted the show, before it even begun, and starts the Grayson Waller Effect. The sets are changes with Grayson Waller Effect theme. Hajaj says that he want to be in the hottest talk show The Miz Tv not on the Grayson Waller Effect.
Waller kicked Al Hajaj, Miz kicked Waller and sent him to Al Hajaj for a overhead kick. Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale on Waller. Al Hajaj hits a People’s elbow on Waller!

United States Championship Match- Rey Mysterio (C) vs Logan Paul
Logan Paul had a great entrance with a Racing Cart from the desert to the dome. As the match started, Logan Paul mocked Rey Mysterio’s height, targets Rey’s hand. Both showcase their countering skills and Rey sends Logan down. Rey soon took Logan Paul to the middle rope for a 619, but not delivered. Paul caught Rey in the mid air while he dives from the top rope, slams him and hit a lion-sault from the middle rope.
Logan Paul controlled Rey with a throwdown and a waist lock. Rey fights back by stomping on his leg and kicking his mid-section, but Logan hit a Powerslam on his knee, Bench press over the top of the head and hit a Ultimate Warrior Splash on Rey.
Maverick with a barehug on Rey, and took him to the top of the shoulder waist lock. Logan took Rey to the corner, when tried to spear him in the corner, Rey moves and Logan hit shoulder first on the ring post. Rey hit a suicide dive, seated senton and a cross-body but not enough to finish Paul.
Logan Paul with a Slingshot Clothesline, but Rey kicked-out the pinfall. Logan looks for a right hand, but Rey locks him with a Cross-face, but he reached the ropes. Rey went for a Moon-sault, but Logan caught him and delivered a powerslam. Paul took Rey to the top rope and delivered a Moon-sault Fallaway Slam.
Logan mocked Eddie Guerrero, Rey sent him to the middle rope for 619, but Logan caught him. Reg hit a overhead kick and hit a sunset powerbomb on Paul. A Logan Paul’s guy gave a knuckle brace to Logan, but Rey threw the knuckles away. The Paul’s guy came to take it again, but Escobar took him out. Rey hit a 619, and when going for a splash, Paul had another brass knuckle, with which he knocked Rey down to win the United States Championship.

WWE Women’s Championship Match- IYO SKY (C) vs Bianca Belair
Both pushed each other down, Belair has the initial control as she took her down and deliver a vertical upside down suplex. IYO fights back, took Belair down with a crockscrew leg drop. Belair hit a couple of suplex, but SKY stopped her. IYO targets the injured leg of Belair. IYO locks her leg, and Belair suffers. IYO went for a top rope drop-kick, but Belair moved and she landed on her back.
Bianca Belair hit a overhead throw and three powerslams. When gling for the fourth, IYO escapes. However Belair his a slam on her knee. Belair took the fight to the top rope, IYO escapes and laid her upside down and drop kicked her on the bad knee. SKY locks Belair’s knee over her shoulder, but Belair threw her down landing face first.
Both exchange hands, and Belair lift her to the shoulder and sent her face first to the floor. IYO and Belair had a tug of war with the hair and IYO hit her shoulder first to the ring post. When Belair went to the top rope, Bayley came out of nowhere and distracts her. IYO SKY took the control and hit a moon-sault outside the ring and drop kick from top rope. Belair sent IYO face first to the floor with a Beth Phoenix finisher, but Bayley distracted her.
IYO accidentally took Bayley down, Belair looks to KOD Bayley, but Kairi Sane returned, and attacked Belair. She hit a diving elbow on Belair to stop her entering the ring. Belair enters the ring, but SKY hit a Moon-sault and won. After the match Kairi Sane hit the Diving Elbow on Belair and hugged IYO SKY. Bayley has no clue what just happened.
Winner: IYO SKY Ratings: 4/5
Cody Rhodes vs Damien Priest
Damien Priest attacked Cody Rhodes before he entered the ring. Cody Rhodes however fights back right away with a series of punch and a neck breaker. Cody sent Priest away and when coming back to the ring, Priest took control of Rhodes. Priest hit a Flatliner took him to the corner and hit back elbow on the jaw. However Cody hit him with a Drop kick and powerslam.
When Cody Rhodes tried to clean the announcement desk, Priest took Cody upside down with a clothesline. Cody sent Priest face first to the ring post took him to the announcement desk for a Cross Rhodes, but Priest hit him with a Reckoning.
When Priest tried to hit him with another Reckoning, Cody converts it into a Cross Rhodes. Finn Balor came to the ring to distract Cody, as McDonagh came from the other side only to get punched in the face by Rhodes. Balor called Dom to get to the ring with a steel chair. As all came to the ringside, Jey Uso came out of nowhere and took all the three with a Super-kick. Cody tried to use the advantage to pin Priest, but he kicks out. Priest hit a chokeslam, but not enough, Cody hit a Cody Cutter from the top rope and hit a series of three Cross-Rhodes for the win.
Winner: Cody Rhodes Ratings: 4.2/5
Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
Both exchanged words before the match. Roman tried to attack Knight, but Knight is fired-up, he took Roman down with a series of punch and a neck breaker. Roman took Knight down, where Knight pulls Roman’s neck down the rope, hit a sling-board shoulder tackle and a powerslam. As Knight looks for a L-A-Knight Signature elbow, Paul Heyman distracts. Roman rolls out, as Knight hit him with a sliding kick and a clothesline. Roman Reigns soon took the control and drove Knight to the steel steps. Roman Reigns has some brutal shots on Knight and enjoys punishing him. Roman hit a suplex and locks his neck with a Guillotine, Knights escapes, but Roman hit him with a flying clothesline.
Roman gets booed by the crowd as he lands clothesline on Knight. Knight counters Roman’s clothesline and hit a bulldog from the rope. Both exchange hands and Knight took control. Knight hit a running clothesline, neck breaker, and a DDT. Knight took Reigns to the corner and hit him with a running knee splash. Roman quickly turned the game by delivering a Rock bottom on Knight.
Roman measured for a superman punch, but knight hit him with a neck breaker. Knight measures for an Elbow drop, but Roman hit the Superman punch, but not enough to finish Knight.
Roman looks for a spear, but Knight jumped over him and Roman hit face first on the turnbuckle. Knight took Reigns to the top rope and hit a Vertical Super-plex. Knight then hit a Elbow drop, but not enough. As Knight is having the control, Solo Sikoa tries to enter the ring, but stopped at the entrance ramp. Jimmy Uso saves Reigns, while Knight attack Jimmy, Roman hit a Superman punch and spear, but Knight Kicked out.
Roman Reigns locks Knight’s neck with a Guillotine, Knight slowly loses his gas, but Knight escapes with body shot and hit him with a BFT. When Knight went for a cover, Jimmy took Roman’s leg to the rope to break the pinfall. Knight attacked Jimmy and Roman by blowing their face to the announce table. Knight breaks the table with Jimmy Uso, Roman speared Knight breaking the barricade and spear him in the ring for the win.
Winner: Roman Reigns Ratings: 4.5/5
