Damian Priest of The Judgement Day has been in WWE since 2018 and has been one of the most impressive talents since then. He had a great run in NXT and was a former NXT North American Champion. He was brought to the main roster in 2021 assisting Bad Bunny to the ring. He made an initial impression on the main roster and soon was awarded the United States Championship.
He is one of the hand picked heel wrestlers of Edge’s heel faction “Judgment Day”, where he kicked Edge out of the faction and they themselves took the faction, which is currently the top wrestling faction in WWE. His current run also has the ups and downs, but he never failed to deliver an impressive performance. It is now reported that his recent performances have impressed some of the key members of the company backstage.
Damian “Impressive” Priest
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that WWE officials were impressed with his performance for several months. He has been hard, physically working hard throughout his run despite being banged up sometimes.
Mike Johnson reported,
“Word is that over the last several months, Priest has really impressed WWE management by how hard & physical he's worked & for gutting through quite a few times where he's been banged up but kept going.”
Damian Priest is currently one of the top heel stars in the Raw roster holding the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. He also holds the Money in the Bank ready to cash-in on Seth Rollins to become the World Heavyweight Championship for the very first time.
