WWE RAW Results, Highlights & Winners (January 29, 2024): CM Punk injured, Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins teased
Punk injured, Cody confused, Bayley is warned, Andrade signed, Gunther & Judgment Day retained and much more!
The January 29, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw is officially over and it is the fallout episode of the Royal Rumble. It is one of the must watch episode of Raw, as the road to WrestleMania began here. The landscape of the WWE has changed as there were number of segments and match that could decide the road including two championship defences. Get to know what happened on tthis weekās episode of WWE Raw as we came out with the complete match summary, highlights and results of the show.

Pat McAfee joins the commentary desk with Michael Cole. He is now a regular commentator on Raw.
CM Punk to miss WrestleMania
CM Punk kicked-off Monday Nigh Raw with the brace on his right elbow. Punk addresses his Royal Rumble loss and wished Cody Rhodes good luck to finish his story. Punk says that he came close, that coming close is not in this business. Punk says that he has hard luck, as he tore his triceps.
Punk says that his dream of main eventing WrestleMania could not gonna happen. He donāt want anyone to feel sorry for him
Punk says that he has a friend who is suffering from cancer and he fights everyday. He says thatās the fight and wish to be with me. Punk says that his UFC career is what he feared off and he still fought. Punk is fear of WrestleMania and wanted to conquer the fear, but he has to take off. Punk says he wonāt be making to WrestleMania, but he will next year.
Drew McIntyre interrupted him and took the mic in his hand, he says that he thought he was a threat to the locker room, but he is not. He says that he heard of what he was talking about and he could relate with him. Drew soon turned bad and said that he wishes for Punk to get injured, and it happened. He says that Punk won the battle, but not the war. He says that he will now go on to WrestleMania and make Punk scream.
CM Punk says that he will be going on a rehab and will come main event WrestleMania, but McIntyre will be on his list first. McIntyre took Punk down and stomped on his injured triceps. Sami Zayn came for the save and made McIntyre retreat.
Backstage: The Judgment Day
Rhea Ripley says that she already know that Bayley gonna challenge her and he is ready to make a statement today, which she should have sent at Royal Rumble. Damian Priest and Finn Balor said that they are done with distractions and its time to prove who they are. With the statement they make today everyone should fear challenging Judgment Day.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Tommaso Ciampa and Damian Priest start the match, wherr Priest took Ciampa to their corner and tagged Finn Balor in. Gargano gets the tag and both send Finn and Priest out. DIY targets Balor, but he tagged Priest and he threw Ciampa over the apron. Balor tahged back and hit a scissors cut on Ciampa.
Balor locks Ciampaās head and he managed to tag Gargano, however ref never saw the tag and made Gargano stay on the apron. Ciampa fights back and hit a reverse DDT to Balor. Gargano and Priest got tagged in And Gargano is firedup. He sent Priest out and hit a springboard spear on Balor. Priesr and Balor work as a unit, but Ciampa took Balor out. #DIY work as a unit to target Priest, however when looking for fairytale ending, he doest able to lift him.
Priest tried to chokeslam Ciampa, but Ciampa escape. Gargano hit Priest with a DDT, Ciampa hit Balor with the white noise. Balor hit Gargano with a swingblade, kicks him to the turnbuckle and went for the Coupe de Grace, but Gargano locked Balor with a Cicilian Stretch.
Priest came to save, but Ciampa locked him with the cicilian stretch. Priest however lifted Ciampa to throw him over Gargano to break the submission hold. Priest hit Gargano with the sideliner on the announcement desk and took Gargano to the ring, chokeslammed him and Balor hit the coupe de grace for the win.
Judgment Day
Priest says that they saw a different face of Judgment Day and he wanted to apologize to R-Truth and call him out. Truth says that he couldnāt sleep after what happened on royal rumble and put his cut on crypto and he can now have his assets on the account. Priest says that Judgment day is a family and Truth says yes, they are family right from the beginning.
Priest stops him and says that Truth is not in the Judgment Day and never will. Priest says but he love him and he will not attack him, but JD and Dom attacked Truth from the back. Miz came for the save, but the numbers game took him off. Both were laid in the middle of the ring.
Zoey Stark & Shayna Baszler vs Chelsea Green & Piper Niven
Piper Niven and Zoey Stark start the march, where Niven had the first strike. Zoey and Baszler took Piper Niven down. Baszler looks to break Nivenās arm. Niven tags Green and Green escapes every one that is thrown on her, however Zoey Stark hit a Z360 for the win.
āThe American Nightmareā Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes asks Samantha to repeat his introduction. Cody says that his last 48 hours was challenging. Cody says that they never know how much he need to do that. Cody says that he wish to make WrestleMania 40 official. Seth Rollins interfered him congratulated Cody Rhodes and says that chosing Roman Reigns will be a mistake and he wants to pick him for WrestleMania 40.
Rollins explains that Cody said that he was the guy, but Cody isnāt the guy, Roman isnāt but Rollins is the Guy and World Heavyweight Championship is the title. Rollins says that last year he challenged Roman Reigns coz there was only one championship, now landscape has changed.
Rollins says that the title came to him because the people are sick of Roman Reigns not showing up and cheating to win match after match, but the WHC is the championship of the people. Rollins says that we donāt need Roman Reigns at all.
Rollins asks what title he wants? Hollywood title, showoff title, or Dusty Rhodes title or the Work horse title. Rollins says that it doesnāt matter, but only that matters is Cody Rhodes decision. Rollins asks what kind of a man he wanna be? Cody says that he has same amount of respect for Rollins. He says that he want to think about it.
Jey Uso vs āBigā Bronson Reed
Reed bulldoze Jey Uso and splashed him in the corner. Reed has the initial control of the match andd Jey fights back, by sending Reed out and hit him with the suicide dive. Reed took Jey to the ring post, while looking for a splash, Jey escaped and Reed got hit by the ring post. Jey Uso took control after the commercial landing punches on the face of Reed.
Jey took Reed down with a Cross body from the top rope. Reed fights back and hit a senton on Jey. Reed looks for clothesline, but Jey hit him with three Superckick, but not enough to put Reed down. Jey climbed the top rope, Reed tries to stop him but falls down. Jey looks for the Uso splash, but Reed escaped and hit a slam. Reed fell from the top rope as Jey escaped the Tsunami. Jey hit a superckick and Uso splash for the win.
Backstage- Andrade signs Raw Contract
Andrade signs Raw contract. Nick Aldis met Adam Pearce. Pearce said that he is too late as he signed Andrade to Raw. Andrade asked Nick to say Hello to Zelina Vega and went. Nick discuss about both the Royal Rumble winners showing up on Raw. He came to speak about Elimination Chamber. Nick got the phone call from Bron Breakker.
Intercontinental Championship Match
Kofi is fired up and landed hard punches on Guntherās face. Gunther took him down with a back breaker of the knee and locks him to a one leg Boston Crab. Gunther is still dominatimg the match after the commercial as he land his elbow on Kofiās nose bridge, chopped him and pushed him to the turnbuckle over and over.
Gunther looks for a Boston Crab, but Kofi kicks him away. Gunther delivered a slam to Kofi and kept punishing him with the upper cuts. Gunther sends Kofi to the turnbuckle and Kofi fights back. As Kofi looks for a elbow to the head from the top rope, Gunther catches him, delivered a back breaker and Boston Crab.
After tbe commercial, Kofi hit Gunther wirh the knee and kick to the face. Gunther locks Kofi with the reat neck choke and lift him for the powerbomb. Kofi countered it and send Gunther out of the ring. Gunther caught Gunther and hit a powerbomb on the apron. Kofi pushed Gunther to the ring post and hit a couple of suicide dive. Gunther enters the ring, however Kofi hit a Trouble in Paradise, but Kofi rolls out.
Kofi took Gunther out on the steel stairs and attacked Guntherās back of the neck. He took Gunther to the ring and hit a leg drop from top of the rope. Gunther tries to fight back, but Kofi Kingston hit a SOS, but not enough. Gunther took the momentum with a clothesline. He drop kicks Kofi to the turnbuckle and powerbombed him for the win.
After the match, Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci attacked Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. They knocked Kofi down first and ran Woods head first to the ring post.
Kabuki Warriors vs Tegan Nox & Natalya
Kairi Sane and Tegan Nox start the match, where Natalya tags in and both take down Kairi Sane. Asuka and Nox geot tagged in and Nox hit an elbow strike and senton on Asuka. Kairi tries to interfere, where Natalya joined the fight, where both Nox and Natalya hit them with a running kick.
Kabuki Warriors took advantage of the match during the commercial. Both took Nox down with their team work. Asuka hit a bulldog and Kairi hit a slide kick. Nox fights back and kicks Asuka on the face. Asuka locks Nox with an Ankle lock, as Nox tried to tag Natalya, Kairi pulled her legs off.
However Natalya made to her corner and tags in. Natalya tries her best to put Asuka down. She drags Asuka to tag Nox, but Nox refused and went on to attack Kairi Sane, which backfired. Natalya tried to roll Asuka, but Asuka escapes and Kabuki Warriors delivered their finisher for the win.
Backstage Interview
Kayden Carter and Katana Chance says that they will be facing Kabuki Warriors for the WWE Womenās Tag Team Championship next week on Raw.
Bayley & Damage CTRL
Bayley came to the ring and joined Damage CTRL with a great ovation. Bayley says that Damage CTRL took it over and they are not finished yet. Bayley is proud of being the 2024 Womenās Royal Rumble winner, when nobody belived. Bayley says that she threw 29 other talented womenās to win the rumble and stood 63 minutes. While Bayley was about to pick her opponent, Rhea Ripley interefered.
Ripley says that Bayley has not accomplished anything. While Ripley about to enter the fing, Nia Jax attacked Rhea Ripley from the back. Nia took Rhea to the ring and hit him with a series of leg drop and an annihilator. Jax warned Bayley not to pick Rhea Ripley as she wonāt make it to WrestleMania and instead asked her to pick IYO SKY. Bayley said that she will announce her pick on SmackDown.
Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn
Drew took Sami to the corner and Sami fights back. Drew took Sami out and threw him over the announcement desk. While Drew came to take him to the ring Zayn threw him through the table. Drew took Sami in control during the commercial and punished him with vicious chops. Drew took Sami to the top rope and Sami hit him with a sunset powerbomb. Sami hit a tornado DDT. Drew hit a spine burster, Sami landed a chop an drove Drew to the ring post.
Sami looks for a Blue thunderbomb, but Drew hit him with a Glasco kiss. Drew went for the top rope and Sami hit a vertical superplex. Drew hit a clothesline and went for claymore, but Sami converted it into a blue thunderbomb. Drew takes control and hit a white noise from top rope, but not enough. Sami Zayn fights back and went for a Glasco kiss, but Drewās guard hit a low blow. Drew hit a claymore for the win and Raw came to an end.
