In December 2023, WWE Star Liv Morgan was charged with a serious drug possession case for carrying marijuana of not more than 20 grams, vape tape and a synthetic cannabinoid in Sumter County, Florida. It was reported that she was bound $3000 USD and got released the next day. Which made a big remark on the former SmackDown Women’s Champion.

On January 2, 2024, the criminal case of carrying synthetic cannabinoids was dropped. However, her remaining charge in the marijuana possession case was on hold and said that it was carried forward to the County’s Misdemeanor Court Division. Now a positive update on Liv Morgan’s case has been released, which could make her happy.

Liv Morgan’s case has been closed

According to a PWInsider report, Liv Morgan’s Marijuana possession case was closed. Liv’s attorney has entered a plea to Nolo-Contendere, which says that Liv Morgan had accepted the conviction, but did not admit her guilt.

The report says that Morgan is fined $543 USD, with no punishment. However, a first-degree misdemeanour in Florida can be punishable up to one year in jail or on probation, along with a $1,000 fine. Conviction of possession also results in a six-month driving license suspension, random drug testing, and all the reimbursement of all fees related to the sentence.

She is now free from her case and can no longer worry about the conviction. Liv has made her return to WWE at Royal Rumble and will be having her first single’s match next week against Zoey Stark to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match. Ahead of her qualifying match, Liv sent a message to Rhea Ripley that she took her away from WWE for almost a year and she is now coming for revenge.
