The Rock announces his return to WWE SmackDown to address Cody Rhodes challenge

The Rock made his return to WWE on Raw Day 1 and has been showing up too often on the weekly shows, especially T Friday Night on SmackDown. Rock was initially planned to face Roman Reigns, however Cody’s decision made a plot twist, as The Great One turned heel and joined The Bloodline. Rock has been developing a feud with Cody & Seth and is cooking something great for WrestleMania 40.
The Rock has been consistent to the shows since then and has been bringing sold old events on the row. It was previously announced that The Rock will be returning to SmackDown this week, now an updated schedule of his television appearance has been revealed by The Great One himself.
The Rock’s WWE Schedule
The Rock on his Instagram posted a photo stating that the SmackDown on March 1, 2024 at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona is sold out to witness the Greatness of his return. The Rock shared a heart feeling message stating, “You can feel the upstick, excitement, energy & disruption happening now in pro wrestling. It’s super f***ing cool to see”.
The Rock continued addressing that the show at Glendale, Arizona is 100% Sold Out and endorsed the show stating that the “city will never be the same” with an evil & microphone emoji.
The Rock then revealed that his upcoming appearances will be at SmackDown on March 8, 2024 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas and on March 15, 2024 in FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee.
It seems like The People’s champ will be appearing on SmackDown three weeks straight on SmackDown. It sets the nerves up for the upcoming shows, after Cody challenged Rock for a singles match at Elimination Chamber 2024.
On the latest episode of Raw, Heyman called both Rock & Roman through phone and set the hype to a different level. We need to wait and watch what Rock brings to SmackDown in his upcoming appearances.
