WWE hosted the Elimination Chamber Press Event on February 22, 2024 outside the Optus Stadium in Perth Australia. The press conference had a huge reception from the WWE Universe in Australia. A number of WWE stars were featured in the event and addressed the Aussie crowd ahead of Elimination Chamber. There were some of the big moments that happened at the event, which hints a tease to Elimination Chamber and the future events of the company. WWE is back with matches in the Kick-off show

WWE officially announced that Asuka & Kairi Sane will be defending their Tag Team title against Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae in the kick-off of the show. It is clear that the last minute booking is to make sure Indi Hartwell gets cherished by the home crowd. This will bring huge motivation for the former NXT Women’s Champion to progress in her main roster. This brings to a point that WWE is back with matches in the Kick-off show.

Logan Paul & Kevin Owens have unfinished business

Kevin Owens, Randy Orton & Logan Paul had a confrontation at the press event. Things went smooth with Owens & Orton, however the issues between Owens & Logan Paul got heated. They were so close to being physical, before being separated by Randy Orton & Triple H. This seems like their feud hasn’t settled yet and it will have a huge impact in the Chamber match. If things don’t settle inside the chamber, this could possibly result in a United States Championship re-match at WrestleMania 40.

Becky Lynch & Bianca Belair to lookout for in Elimination Chamber

During the press conference, Becky Lynch recalled the past friendship and feud with Bianca Belair, where Belair defeated Lynch to become the champion. They’re long term connection between the two might play a major role in the Chamber match and they are the key performers to be watched out for.

Grayson Waller Effect will be the talking point

Grayson Waller had a huge reception from the home crowd and he will be hosting the Waller Effect talk show at Elimination Chamber. Seth Rollins who is one of the guests for the talk show gave a preview. Rollins & Cody will be talking about Roman Reigns and The Rock in the Waller Effect show. The Rock has previously warned that they don’t need to hear anything about them in the show. All these things give hints that this could be a key highlight of the Chamber.

Rhea Ripley vs Nia Jax will Main Event

Rhea Ripley vs Nia Jax was given a huge importance and the press events were solely made for Ripley to have a home crowd experience. The Press Conference, endorsements and the hype in Perth are played out in a way that Rhea Ripley vs Nia Jax will be main eventing the show. A lot of backstage reports after the press conference also suggest the same. If that’s happening, this will be the first Women’s Main Event of the show outside the United States.
