All matches announced for WWE NXT Gold Rush 2025 so far; Blake Monroe, Joe Hendry & more in action

The TV Special will air on November 18 and 25.

During the 2025 edition of Halloween Havoc, WWE revealed that WWE NXT Gold Rush will make its return as a two-week special event on November 18 and 25, 2025, taking place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The TV special will be co-produced by WWE, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), and will feature stars from NXT, Evolve, TNA, and AAA.

This marks the second edition of NXT Gold Rush and the first since 2023. The event will be presented as special episodes of NXT on The CW in the US and on Netflix internationally, with the first part airing live and the second airing on tape delay on November 25.

The promotion during the October 28 fallout show of NXT announced new matches for the special. Similar to the previous event in 2023, the show will be themed around championships. This year’s event will also feature championship matches from WWE’s developmental brand Evolve, as well as from partner promotion TNA and sister promotion AAA.

After capturing the NXT Women’s North American title at Halloween Havoc, Blake Monroe is set to defend the title for the first time next month against Sol Ruca. This will be their first meeting inside the ring as Zaria defended the title on Ruca’s behalf last time.

On the other hand, the newly crowned AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champions Ethan Page and Chelsea Green will put the titles on the line against the team of Joe Hendry and Thea Hail.

NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley will defend the title in a rematch against Jacy Jayne. The two stars will collide in a Last Chance match, while NXT Tag Team Champions DarkState (Dion Lennox & Osiris Griffin) will take on the team of Je’Von Evans and Leon Slater with the title on the line.

These four matches will take place on November 18, week one of the TV Special, while the matches mentioned down below will take place during week two, November 25.

After Sol Ruca vacated the WWE Women’s Speed title, the promotion announced a tournament to decide the next Champion. The finals of the tournament of the match are set to take place between Zaria and Fallon Henley at Gold Rush.

Furthermore, TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan is set to defend the title in a triple threat match against Jordynne Grace and Léi Yǐng Lee.

Jackson Drake will defend the WWE Evolve title against Sean Legacy, while Kendal Grey will defend the WWE Evolve Women’s title against Lainey Reid.
