The upcoming edition of SNME will take place before the Clash in Italy.
Just one week before the Clash in Italy PLE, WWE will deliver the May 23 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. The event is part of the packed schedule in May for the promotion that features the aforementioned SNME and two Premium Live Events.
The May 23, 2026, edition of SNME will air live from the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ethan Page secures a title opportunity after his main roster debut

Since his main roster debut post WrestleMania 42, Ethan Page inserted himself into the mid-card title picture right away, feuding with the Intercontinental Champion Penta. While the storyline also featured Je’Von Evans and Rusev, WWE was building towards the clash between the two.
Penta will now defend the Intercontinental title against Ethan Page. The match marks Page’s first title opportunity on the main roster.
On the other hand, The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) have targeted the World Tag Team Champions Logan Paul and Austin Theory of the Vision faction. They will now battle Paula and Theory with the World Tag Team titles on the line.
The match comes in the backdrop of tensions between Seth Rollins and Montez Ford as Rollins wants to team up after coming up short against Bron Breakker at Backlash, but Ford doesn’t trust Rollins to join forces against the Vision.
During the May 15 edition of SmackDown, WWE announced a massive six-woman tag team match, where WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley teams up with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss to take on Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab.
Furthermore, Women’s Tag Team Champions Brie Bella & Paige will defend the strap in a WrestleMania 42 rematch against the former champs, The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend).
WWE has announced a major women’s match for SNME during the May 18 show of Raw. Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch will take on Sol Ruca in a non-title match. The match was announced after a heated segment between the two on the aforementioned show.
