Multiple top names were advertised for the show, including TNA World Champion Trick Williams, Balke Monroe, Jordynne Grace, Tony D’Angelo, and NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne, among others.
What Happened?
The show kicked off with TNA World Champion Trick Williams defending the title against Josh Briggs. Williams successfully defended the title in the first match of the show but was laid out after the match by Joe Hendry, who ambushed the Champion.
Furthermore, Je’Von Evans defeated Tavion Heights in a singles clash, while Ricky Saints defeated Ashante “Thee” Adonis. The vacated NXT Heritage Cup was also contested on the show, where Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo defeated Tony D’Angelo in Round 4 to become the new Champion.
In the main event of the show, Izzi Dame, Jaida Parker, Jordynne Grace, and Lash Legend clashed in a fatal four-way match to decide the number one contender for the NXT title. Grace emerged victorious in the match and is now set to battle the Champion Jacy Jayne at WWE Evolution on July 13.
