WWE RAW will see more build-up towards Elimination Chamber 2025

The winner of the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble led up Raw this week and after his electrifying entrance, he met the audience, unsure what to say in response to their tremendous approval. Jey Uso’s face filled with passion, he discussed his early anxieties about becoming a singles star before conceding he now has the confidence.

Gunther, the world heavyweight champion, interrupted and threatened Uso with unprecedented punishment if he challenged him at WrestleMania. The No. 1 contender stated that he will go to SmackDown and speak with Cody Rhodes, but regardless of who he decides to face in Las Vegas, he would leave WrestleMania as champion.

Following a humiliating Royal Rumble performance in which he was eliminated by Penta in six seconds, Ludwig Kaiser faced the masked newcomer in the night’s first match. The right-hand man of Gunther dominated the combat, displaying considerable ferocity and wrath as he wore down the luchdaor.

Penta, on the other hand, launched a comeback, unleashing his high-flying ammunition and eventually catching Kaiser with the Sacrifice armbreaker. The Penta Driver finished him out, handing the babyface a hard-fought win.

The Women’s Royal Rumble winner also made her appearance to cut a promo, but she was faced with loud boos. She faced off with Rhea Ripley, making it look like, she will be maybe her potential opponent for the grandest stage of them all.

There were also qualifying matches for WWE Elimination Chamber, where CM Punk & Liv Morgan respectively won their matches to punch the ticket for the upcoming PLE.

Two new Elimination Qualifiers will take place on next week’s episode of WWE Raw. WWE confirmed on Monday that Lyra Valkyria vs. Bayley and Logan Paul vs. Rey Mysterio will take place on the next Monday’s episode.
