Rey Mysterio battles Penta for the IC title in France.

The June 8 edition of WWE Raw, which starts at an early time of 2 PM ET, is anticipated to intensify the build towards Night of Champions 2026. Emanating live from the Accor Arena in Paris, France, the show will feature two first-round matches in the King and Queen of the Ring tournament.

Seth Rollins will take on Je’Von Evans, Ricky Saints, and Talla Tonga in the first-round match of the KOTR. The winner will advance into the semi-finals. Meanwhile, in the QOTR first-round match, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Chelsea Green, and Alexa Bliss will battle in a fatal four-way match to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

In the previous first-round matches, Oba Femi and Dominik Mysterio have both advanced into the semi-finals of KOTR and will battle each other for a spot in the finals. On the other hand, Iyo Sky and Raquel Rodriguez have advanced into the semi-finals and will battle for the spot in the finals.

Furthermore, WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta, via social media, has revealed that he will defend the title in Paris against Rey Mysterio. Penta has called the showdown one of the most meaningful matches of his career. Mysterio secured the title shot after defeating Rusev in a title eliminator two weeks ago.
