A number of top stars are set to feature on the 9/27 episode of WWE SmackDown!

Friday Night SmackDown will air live on September 27, 2024, from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. With just one week until the 2024 Bad Blood PLE, WWE has scheduled some intriguing matches and segments for the event.

Last week on SmackDown, Bayley and Naomi both pinned Nia Jax, leaving it unclear who will be the next contender for the WWE Women’s Championship. They clashed backstage, and Nick Aldis provided a solution by announcing Bayley and Naomi’s #1 Contenders battle this week. The winner will face Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship at Bad Blood.

Andrade and Carmelo Hayes have been battling for over two months, week after week, with Andrade leading 3-2. With the upper hand, Andrade challenged LA Knight for the US championship but was unable to grab it. After the match, Hayes found Andrade backstage and mocked him, prompting a sixth match between the two.
