DarkState & The Hardys are set to battle in a title vs title match!

The highly anticipated special show of WWE NXT Showdown is all set to emanate from the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida, on October 7. Despite the significance, the show will not be a PLE, but rather a special show that carries huge anticipation.

Multiple big names, including Ricky Saints, Trick Williams, Mike Santana, Jacy Jayne, Sol Ruca, Kelani Jordan, The Haryds (Matt & Jeff Hardy), among others, are set to compete on the show.

In the NXT vs TNA Showdown, two Survivor Series-style matches have been announced. On the men’s side, NXT Champion Ricky Saints will lead Team NXT, joined by Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, and Myles Borne. Representing TNA, Mike Santana will captain his team alongside Frankie Kazarian, Moose, and Leon Slater. Joe Hendry will serve as the special guest referee for the men’s Survivor Series match.

On the women’s side, NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne led her team, which includes Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, and Jaida Parker. They will battle the team led by TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan, The IInspiration (Jessie McKay & Cassie Lee), and Mara Sade. Jordynne Grace will serve as the special guest referee for the Women’s Survivor Series match.

NXT Tag Team Champions DarkState (Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin) will take on TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy in a title vs title showdown. Additionally, TNA’s Mustafa Ali will finally get his NXT North American title match after two years, as he is set to battle the current Champion, Ethan Page.
