This week’s show of SmackDown will emanate from Chicago
The April 04 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will air live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. This will be the first show of the Blue brand following the Europe tour, which concluded on March 31 in London with the episode of Monday Night Raw.
‘The Second City Saint’ CM Punk and Roman Reigns are advertised for the show in Punk’s hometown. A segment between the two in Chicago will be intriguing for fans ahead of the WrestleMania 41 PLE. The show will feature multiple matches and segments which will be used to build towards the grandest stage which is just two weeks away.
After months of speculation following his brother Penta’s WWE debut and his own removal from the AEW roster page, Rey Fenix is set to make his WWE debut on this week’s show in Chicago.
Following last week’s unprovoked attack on B-Fab by Naomi, a singles match between the two stars is set for the show. B-Fab will likely look to return the favor for the attack while Naomi will have to keep an eye for Jade Cargill who might ambush her during the match.
Braun Strowman’s title hopes were crushed last week when he was ambushed by Jacob Fatu during his clash against United States Champion LA Knight. Following the constant back-and-forth attacks and brawls the two giants are set to clash in a last-man-standing match on this week’s show as both stars look to assert their dominance and challenge the United States Champion with a dominant victory.
