Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes will battle in a non-title match.
The July 10 edition of Friday Night SmackDown will emanate live from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The show airs following the major development from this week’s Raw, where Sami Zayn’s title reign ended after just 9 days as CM Punk returned for the first time since April to replace number one contender Cody Rhodes, who failed to get medical clearance after an attack by Gunther and win the Undisputed title.
The newly crowned Champion CM Punk is now set to appear on SmackDown. With reports of his SummerSlam showdown with Cody Rhodes, this appearance will have all the eyes of the pro-wrestling world on it. Additionally, Sami Zayn isn’t too happy after losing the World title, and he will likely have something to say.
On the other hand, WWE United States Champion Trick Williams will battle Carmelo Hayes in a non-title match. Meanwhile, Finn Balor takes on Tama Tonga after an attack by Tama and Talla Tonga backstage last week.
